Here’s how it works:
Schedule your free one-hour meeting with me! We’ll talk about your nutrition goals, cooking style, personal preferences and all the nitty-gritty. You’ll walk away with a clearer picture of what food can do for you!
Next, I’ll build you a custom-fit plan. Generally, these are four to six week plans that I walk you through step by step. Think of me as your food therapist. We’ll fit everything to your lifestyle (how many people you’re cooking for — or just yourself, your budget, your equipment at home, your favorite recipes… everything.)
You’ll get recipes, cooking lessons (if you need them) in person or virtually, one-on-one nutrition help and advice, grocery lists, performance tracking (if you want it), and more in your own customized online portal, which includes lifetime access.
At the end of the six weeks, we take a look, evaluate and move on from there! If I’m doing my job right, you won’t need me for very long — just long enough to gain confidence in your health and kitchen. If we need to keep simmering… we’ll keep going!
