Here’s how it works:

  • Schedule your free one-hour meeting with me! We’ll talk about your nutrition goals, cooking style, personal preferences and all the nitty-gritty. You’ll walk away with a clearer picture of what food can do for you!

  • Next, I’ll build you a custom-fit plan. Generally, these are four to six week plans that I walk you through step by step. Think of me as your food therapist. We’ll fit everything to your lifestyle (how many people you’re cooking for — or just yourself, your budget, your equipment at home, your favorite recipes… everything.)

  • You’ll get recipes, cooking lessons (if you need them) in person or virtually, one-on-one nutrition help and advice, grocery lists, performance tracking (if you want it), and more in your own customized online portal, which includes lifetime access.

  • At the end of the six weeks, we take a look, evaluate and move on from there! If I’m doing my job right, you won’t need me for very long — just long enough to gain confidence in your health and kitchen. If we need to keep simmering… we’ll keep going!
