We’ll deep-dive into your nutrition goals, cooking style, preferences, and all the nitty-gritty. You’ll leave with a clear picture of what food can do for you, and I’ll have everything I need to create your custom-fit plan.
For the next five weeks, I’ll be your personal guide through the world of food, function and flavor: each week you’ll get a one-hour one-on-one Zoom call, fresh recipes, and practical, useful practice. (Outside our weekly call, expect about 1–2 hours of light prep, practice, or reflection each week.)

In Week One, we’ll set the stage with a pantry + fridge audit, learn about the minimum viable kitchen (tools, staples, + mindset), and build your first prep system. You’ll get your first 10 recipes and we’ll go over your personal roadmap through the next few weeks.

In Week Two, learn the ‘five flavor check’ and how to balance taste + nutrition together! Build sauces and dressings that turn staples into meals. You’ll also get a sourcing guide for the best local and seasonal ingredients based on your area, and we’ll deep-dive into how to source the kinds of ingredients that are best for your specific needs, lifestyle, and budget.

During Week Three, you’ll master batching, labeling, and storing meals without burnout. We’ll explore plug-and-play meal templates (like bowls, wraps, and sheet pans) and practice scaling recipes so your prep actually lasts. Learn how proper meal prepping can help you save time and feel great, without compromising on flavor or creativity. No boredom with this meal prep!

In Week Four, we advance to developing ‘swap logic’, flexibility within dietary needs, and tackle curveball meals like travel, family dinners, or low-energy nights. This is where all of your prep meets real real life, and helps habits start to stick for the long term.

During Week Five we’ll review progress, celebrate wins, and troubleshoot challenges. You’ll leave with a personalized digital cookbook — including your favorite templates, swaps, and a repeatable weekly plan — plus lifetime access to your client portal.
